		<description>Your recommmendation to stock up on Spanish wines and cellar them is a good one. Spain and Portugal remain as the two best European countries for finding good wines at good prices. Also, don't overlook Southwestern France (Rousillon, Languedoc, Cahors, etc.) for good values. A wine does not have to have a "pedigree" to be good!</description>
